    Does the gen 3 prius have the built in abs/speed sensor in the hub assembly?

    Yes. It is removable. The bearing itself has the phase ring built in and the knuckle houses the serviceable wheel speed sensor.

    My recollection was the tone ring was part of the driveshaft, not of the bearing. I could be wrong.
