Front Wiper Arm Part Number?

    Hello, All.
    I have a 2007 Prius. I've been having trouble with the wipers. When I use them, the driver's side blade leaves a huge swath of unwiped streak on the windshield. I've replaced the blade, but that didn't help. I thought there might be a way to tighten or replace a spring inside the blade so it's tight against the window again, but I've been told that I instead need to replace the entire arm.
    However, when I try to find the arm, I can only find the REAR arm. What part number should I look for to find the arm? (Or if there's a more effective solution to the issue, what is that?)

    You have replaced the entire wiper blade and not just the rubber refill part?

    If yes then it has to be the wiper arm (or the spring in it). Unless mounting location is somehow bent (very unlikely).

    Part number for the wiper arm on drivers side is: 85221-47040
