Saturday morning I went for a 25 mile uphill trip. Knowing I need to use gas, I set to HV mode briefly to turn on the ICE then switch to EV mode as it is down hill.

The ICE stopped when odometer reached 1.3 mile with 47.x mpg. So the warm up cycle used about 100ml gas.

The temperature was just above 60F. It should use more during winter.

i hate that the pip runs the engine every 124 miles. pointless warm up cycles don't use much fuel, but really mess with my hybrid mpg's for the tank.
you folks are fortunate that that feature was eliminated.
