Fuel Sender/Sensor Failure @ 871 miles

    Purchased a brand new 2012 Prius Five (No AT Package) on Sept. 4, 2012 at a dealer in Southern California.

    My fuel gauge started mis-reading. Gauge would read totally empty, partially empty, etc.

    Dealership confirmed failure and had it replaced within 24hrs.

    Gauge seems to be working now... will keep an eye on it for sure.

    Anyone experience a similar issue??
