    Nice video, not sure how well it explains dynamic braking, however. Especially for the the non-technical person...

    This video would have been a lot more instructive had it shown a full sized locomotive being dropped first onto the gelatin, and bouncing, then dropped onto concrete. Well, a lot more fun anyway.

    On time consuming film shoots such as this one, crews has been known to dissipate anywhere from 5 to 12 packages of Fig Newtons plus several cases of beer to wash them down! [​IMG]
