Fuses For Cigarette Lighter(s)

    Do all three power outlets use the same amp/type of fuse? I want to carry spare(s) on a road trip and I can’t figure out what to buy. I will be running a fridge/cooler ( only in ready mode) off a power outlet. I don’t think that will be a problem but I want to carry spare(s) just in case.

    Is the fridge/cooler within the power rating of the power outlets?

    If it is, you shouldn't need spare fuses, at least not any more than you need spare fuses for anything else in the car. I do carry some spares, but just an assortment of the various ones used in the car. That would include the ones for the power outlets; no need to treat those specially.

    If it isn't within the power rating of the outlets, it won't matter how many spare fuses you carry.
