From memory that looks promising, as I said you can see the caliper is swung open on one bolt to change pads.

I wonder what the difference is... why 47730-20630 & 47750-20620 use bolts and the 47730-02110 & 47750-02110 don't use bolts.

    Brake Proportioning Valves - SummitRacing.com

Hardware exists to solve this problem...

...but this being said, it's not a plug-and-play solution. Especially given the fact that there's ABS in play. You might think you have the valve dialed in, and then in an emergency braking situation, you'll have a very nasty surprise.

Without equipment to measure brake and pedal force, you'll only be guessing at how to set the valve. This is fine in a very controlled environment (such as a closed circuit) with extra safety measures. This is not fine when driving your car in traffic on public roads.

If the brake upgrade creates in a significant difference in cylinder volume, then all bets are off. These valves don't bend the laws of physics.

So as it looks, the UK Prius shared its rear caliper (w/ no pins)

However the Disc Brake Dust Cover & Assembly was shared with USDM Corolla, Matrix and Celica. So far I see no reason why you couldn't do the conversion using either of the other donor cars rear calipers. (ones with pins) Much easier to acquire here in the US.
