I've talked about my Magellan2000 of which I am still happy with BUT was able to pick up the GarwinC340 for same price so HAD to compare. My problem is I cannot figure out how to connect the C340 to my ProClip. Any solutions someone has come up with?

California law prohibits us from using the windshield.

Take a look at the Garmin 10613 Dash Mount or 10609 Vehicle suction mount with 12/24-volt adapter.

That really didn't answer the OP's question.

The problem is that there are few aftermarket brackets that will fit the c3x0 series. The only one I know of is the RAM bracket. You can mount a RAM ball on your ProClip (both have AMPS hole patterns), then use a short (1") arm to connect the RAM ball and the RAM bracket.

Thanks can you tell me where I would get a "ram ball" and how I would connect the power chord. The power chord as I see it on the orginal bracket is into the bracket and not the GPS.

I'll look forward to you answer and again Thanks

    Online source for RAM mounts

RAM Bracket for C3x0 - you must remove the power connector from the Garmin suction-cup mount and mount it in the bracket with two screws:

RAM 1" Ball - mount this on your ProClip:

RAM short arm - connect ball on ProClip to ball on GPS mount with this:
