I don't get that far north often enough to know for sure.
I used to go up and down 95 a good bit when I was knocking holes in the ocean - principally between Charleston and K-bay.

Haven't been to Savanna in years.
Spent several days there one St. Patrick's day....... :)

According to my Gas Buddy app, the lowest price in Tampa right now is $2.09 at an Exxon on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. I paid $2.129 Sunday at a Wawa at Nebraska and Bearss. Looks like it's still at that price. Average in FL now is $2.28. I don't expect it to stay this low for too much longer.

fingers crossed, our 13th year. it's not an exciting ride (except the beltway) but we make an adventure out of it. mostly by missing exits, getting lost and so forth.

Putting things in perspective (and adjusting for inflation) $2.10 today was $1.40 in the year 2000. Gasoline is almost as cheap as when Clinton was president.

    - The highest-ever national price was when Carter was in office (1980) at $4.20 (dollar adjusted).

So we're actually well-off. NOW is the time to do a cross-country drive if you want to see the nation. Maybe even wander to Central America to see the Panama Canal, or head north along the Alaska highway. Gasoline won't always be this cheap.

And here I am in chilly UK and droolinging over your higher gas prices. :notworthy::sick: If only ours were that cheap!
Still, since I swapped to Prius my petrol costs have gone down from ~$80 to ~$35 per week.
Oh, and when my 'Merican buddy was living in Ft Lauderdale we stayed near his place for a week waiting for a cruise ship. He took us up and down I95 a lot showing us around eastern Florida. He originates from Buffalo and hated I 95 for his commute to and fro Miami. :ROFLMAO:

    Corrected that for you. ;)
I live in Cali and try to avoid the sun as much as possible. Like smoking or drinking, it's really not good for you (neither is the sunscreen that damages the DNA). This guy shows damage on just one side of his face, from being a truck driver: [IMG]
