Gen 1 2002 bumper removal

Hi all,

Got a big dent in the rear driver's side bumper. I'd like to remove it and repair or replace. There are a number of video how-to's for Gen 2 and up, but I've yet to find one for Gen 1. I'm wondering how significant the differences are? The various fasteners are not in the same location, and before I start tearing out the tail lights etc looking for them would like to get some feedback.

Been a long time since I've been here. I'm still looking for info but haven't found any yet. Some pointers to files would be great. Or tell me this isn't something a shade tree mechanic should do.
