Gen 3 Windshield Jets 1 not working fully?

    I noticed that my Prius gen 3 drier side jet was spraying very low, just above the wiper whilst the passenger side was spraying fine. I refilled the screenwash tank but no joy.

    I can't see properly and it was raining but are there adjustable nozzles? I wiped my finger over it, feels flat not like the old style nozzles.

    I saw a video of a Gen 2 prius where they guy changed a small black valve or some part with 3 ends on it, similar to gen 3?
    Any tips appreciated :)
