gen1 prius energy flow display

I have a few questions on the prius flow display.
When it shows energy going to or from the battery. Which battery is the display really referencing ?
So does the display show when the aux battery is being charged ?

That display is only showing you the traction battery.

The aux battery is being charged (not always heavily) any time the car is in READY; the output of the DC/DC converter is about 13.8 volts, which is always above the aux battery's rest voltage.
