Getting that new Prius smell back

Thanks for the update.

 

My mother used to stick cotton balls with vanilla extract on them in the ash tray. Worked great but I got no stinking ash tray.

 

I recall seeing late night infomercials about some sort of solar powered or cigarette socket powered ionizer that you can use in the car. It's supposed to get rid of smells or filter the air. Perhaps look that up?

I agree with the Fabrez suggestion. I have been using that stuff since it was introduced to the public. You can buy it for cars in a small spray bottle, and refill it inexpensively from the household Fabrez bottle. It really does work as well as it does on TV.

I use New Car Scent, but I guess it's all up to your personal preference. Because the scent is distributed throughout the vent system, it's not too powerful and it does diminish in a few days.
