Thanks, Zen! I have the Canon 400/XTi Rebel, and the lens here is the Canon 100mm/f2.8 macro, a truly spectacular bit of glass in my view, which is rapidly becoming my favorite lens, even for non-macro work.

This is the standard, rear, chrome emblem, on a regular 2007 Silver Prius.
Shot in my condo's garage, however, and the overall dim lighting (not to mention a concrete ceiling) helped with that deep grey/black reflection, as well as avoided hotspots & reflected landscapes you might usually get, shooting chrome outdoors. The hotspots/reflections here come from the garage's fluorescent lamps.
