I have $53 US dollars. Back when I was in high school in 1976, that would have plenty for a wild weekend...now it hardly seems enough to put a decent meal on the table for four. Of course, I am figuring in a bottle or two of Pinot Noir.
i always carry $366. but have never spent more than a few. usuall it's a credit card. on the plus side, ss increases and higher interest rates are helping us keep up with inflation
