Going to get a techstream laptop

    Posting this more to brighten someones day than anything else. Trying to track down an old XP laptop to run techstream because like every other person in this country I got rid of my XP units a decade ago lol. Here is the add i posted on Facebook.

    (Side note if anyone in the Pittsburgh pa area has a techstream laptop and wants to take pity on me hit me up please)

    Nowadays you don't need Win XP. You could create a VM on Win 10 laptop and run Win 7 (or even XP).

    Alternately, you could also ensure the cable you buy has 64-bit drivers so it will then work in Win 10.

    Windows Vista wasn't on the market for very long, so it might be easier to find a laptop with XP, but Vista will also run Techstream without needing to create a Virtual Machine.
