Goodwill Warranty - 2010 Prius

    Our Canadian 2010 Prius has just had the inverter assembly replaced in Portland, OR (we were travelling to the coast from Canada). The entire cost was covered by a "goodwill warranty" which certainly won our goodwill and thanks. The tech write up referred to a TSB T-TCI-4377. Does anyone have any info on this?

    What's the mileage on the car?
    What did the car do when the inverter failed? Immediate shutdown? Was there any previous symptoms?

    Just shy of 100,000 miles. (It's a Canadian car, so the odometer is kilometers - so just shy of 160,000KM.) No previous issues or warnings - just started the car and "CHECK HYBRID SYSTEM" popped up on the screen - along with all other warning lights coming on. Car was still drivable (in the city and short distance), but power/acceleration felt "soft."

    Do you have info on the goodwill warranty?
