Stayed home sick and went to urgent care once I was able to drive. And in the underground parking i noticed that my backup lights were not on as I parked in reverse. Also been that the parking is underground and some what dark I turned the head lights on and when I got off the car I had zero lights "on" in the rear including Tail and License lights. Checked the front and Only the head lights were "on" but not the Parking ones.

Now when I step on the break pedal the break lights do come on. I was like WTH is going on!!!

Once i left Urgent care I decided to stop by a local shop to see whats up. Now they had the car about an hour or so and the so called tech guy says, since you removed the Factory radio and added LED headlights to the Prius that that cause the problem, and according to him its the after market radio that I should of never removed the factory one and that could be the problem. At first I laugh at him saying but he kept insisting thats what it is.

Well I dont have the factory radio with me and to make this story short I left so nothing was done to my Prius.

Told you guys I had a weird issue. So Prior to going to the "shop" I checked fuse # 30 which is marked TAIL (10a) and was fine.

Any suggestions on what can be the issue before I head to the Dealer on Friday??

yeah, that doesn't make any sense, 3 months for problems to show up?

it is a stumper, maybe check some other fuses? headlights?
