The others got done this morning numbers are just shy of 6000mah
so i bumped the mah up to 7250mah and started the next set. ill come back to these at the end of the rebalancing.

    Module 9: D1:2353 C1:6800 D2:5842 C2:6800
    Module 10: D1:2380 C1:6800 D2:5973 C2:6800
    Module 12: D1:2830 C1:6800 D2:5915 C2:6800
    Module 13: D1:2621 C1:6800 D2:5907 C2:6800

If the next set doesnt seem to balance out, ill have to bump it up to 7500mah, but i think things will be ok at 7250.

    Works for me.

I only had abused modules from failed or well worn packs. You've got much better inventory than I ever had.

    GOOD LUCK!

i still think with only 7 to 9000 miles on them, they should be at or above 6500 mah.

    thats what im hoping for.

the only thing that concerns me is that they are below the 6.5ahr rating.
ive read that modules should be cycled at least 3 times. ive been doing these only twice, at the end of this, should i go back and do a cycle of 2 again or match them up and get them ready to be placed into the car?

Your doing fine. I would keep on keeping on. Then take the data and match them up the best I can. All the modules are virtually the same. As for the 6.5 ah rating, modules begin to lose capacity right away so yours look really good.

ok i got one here that got done way before the others

    module 25 D1: 2591 C1:4662 D2:4367 C2:4388

what do I make of this. seems to me it hit delta peak.
module 38 did the same thing

how come I only got two out the whole pack to hit delta peak and the rest took the whole 7250 mah?
    Is this a good thing?
to me it seems as though it wont take the 6.5ahr charge its supposed to take, if anything it looks like it took less mah the second time around, however, it almost takes the same mah out on discharge. is this module and module 38 bad?

    module 38 read:

    Module 38: D1:3803 C1:4272 D2:4122 C2:3880 D3:3830 C3:4206

My speculation is the lower capacity of these weaker modules puts them in the set charger amp range so the dV/dt is detected. But the other modules are so strong the amps are too low to trigger a strong dV/dt.

so what would you suggest I do with the modules that do that? replace them, recycle them again through 2 more cycles at a lower charging amps?
I figure that's the reason I'm getting such low discharge mah is because the charger is detecting a peak and not putting in the full 7250 mah that I have it set to cut off at. now I could on my charger turn off the Delta peak cut off and have the charger shut off charging the module solely at 7250 mah

just got home from work here are some numbers, again module 25, should i : replace it, cycle it again in a couple days, or turn off delta peak and just charge it till it hits the 7250mah cutoff then discharge and see what I get.

just checked on my modules already module 29 has peaked out. at 4000 something mah. its on discharge now, ill see what materializes out of it. i dont think theses ones that are peaking out are weak, i dont know what to make of it.

Hmmm, I would try to turn off the Dv/Dt on one of them for one charge/discharge cycle. I would monitor it closely and I would stop at the top and observe the module for self discharge.

i agree with that. ill let it finish up then ill record numbers. as the others are discharging or what not. ill charge it and then run i 1 discharge charge cycle and see what it does. barring that the other modules are not close to ending all their cycling, if they are, ill wait and go back when all testing is done.

the only thing thats been bothering me is ive been doing alot of reading and it seems as if almost everybody has done or is doing at least 3 cycles on their modules where i have only done 2 cycles on them. should I go back and run 2 more cycles on this whole pack?

i just checked my charger, i had the charge rate bumped up to 2amps charge, could that higher charge rate be causing certain modules to peak?
