Sorry for the lack of a picture but I noticed a 1'x2' square in the bottom passenger side corner of the radiator covered in green oily gunk. Ive had the 2008 for about 1000 miles (has 58k) so Im assuming its been there for a while. Seems like its impeding airflow. Suggestions on cleaning? Idea of the source? Its very green

Most likely a tiny coolant leak I think.
That tends to be green and crusty as it dries.
I would suggest that you NOT try to clean it off yourself because doing so might make the leak MUCH bigger.

Toyotas coolant is pink. If someone put dye in the a/c, it should be green.
