Greentec auto refurbished battery

    Any experiences or opinions about the refurbished batteries from greentec auto? Specifically the branch outfit in Kansas City?

    like all refurbished batteries, they are only good for awhile. how is their warranty, reviews, and how long in business?
    have you visited their shoppe and talked to the owner/manager?

    What I can find appears good. They stand by their warranties. They have multiple locations. Not a new company. Getting close to setup a visit.

    How comprehensive is the warranty? When (not if) the battery fails how much are you going to be out of pocket?

    The guy online who complained that they honored their 18 month warranty for 18 months total, rather than for 18 months per battery, did not mention other associated costs.

    If you're not a DIY or mechanically inclined (and strong), check to see if the warranty covers labor (usually not) as you're buying another used pack and it will go out.

    Oh. Yeah, just get it and soldier on.

    Yeah. If I buy the 18 no th warranty then when that one is dead I will be done. Need to save some miles off the ladies fleaced Audi A3.
