    Hello,

I recently blocked the lower grill 100% on my 2010 Prius. Planning a long road trip to the Midwest from South TX. I will remove the blocking while still in TX (60s-70s temps expected). I don't own a Scangauge, and am wondering if it is safe to block 100% or maybe 50% of the lower grill while driving 70-75 mph for long hours in outside temps ranging from 40s to 30s?

Yes, mine is blocked 100% bottom, o% top and I drive it that way in the winter no matter how warm it gets in North Texas. ICE coolant never goes above about 195F.

I experience no problem in the last 9 years of full grill blocking.

My concern is that I will be driving for several hours at highway speeds. Maybe it's safest to remove the blocking until I get to the Midwest?
