Has anyone done a guideline for the c, how much to block, and what temps?

Myself with regular Prius I never block the upper, and it's either one tube (50%) or two (100%) on the lower. My rule of thumb is if it's going below 0C, i go to two tube. The first tube I put in, once ambient temps are around 10C or lower.

The upper you can block, but 50% at most, since the inverter radiator is directly behind it, there's no point to blocking that, and a complete block might even cause problems. My blocking is relatively conservative, I'd rather play it safe.

One thing, even in winter, if going up a ski hill, I'll take all the blocking out.

There's a thread here on 3rd gen blocking:

Again, not sure how applicable that is to the c.
