I'm glad you're enjoying it. The car can get up and move. Recently I was driving Interstate 10 near Fort Stockton, TX and the speed limit is 80 mph (128.75 kph). The Prius didn't even strain or act stressed. I momentarily bumped it to 85 mph to get around a vehicle and it was effortless.

I found a baby deer in my front yard today. 1.5ft tall, spots all over it like Bambi.

    Congrats on the Prius!

Sweet! Did you smoked your foglight lenses or does it look dark because it's cloudy?

Nope just a cloudy day....best time to wax, so I'm told. Makes a difference, this morning the bugs wiped off with a paper towel, before the wax, I'd be rubbing hard to keep the bumper & hood clean.
It's not going to be an easy summer keeping it clean as there are four houses being built on my street, and they have lots of trucks, excavators, & muddy equipment on the road. :eek:YUCK! Not the best environment for a white.....excuse me, Blizzard Pearl car.:)

ps....no Bambi's or dog turds in my yard, the odd bunny or squirrel, along with my hummingbirds & robins, and the four eagles flying over the lakes.

Ahh ok. Yeah it does make a difference. I'm still finding mud left over from winter. Ugh. All my door seals have a layer of hardened mud as well as any crevice exposed to the bottom of the car (which I'm not going to be able to clean all of). I've already scrubbed the mudguards and bits of the plastic fender as well as the rear underskirt and the underbody nearest to the doors. I've wiped parts of the door and door frame the best I could.
