    H9 has the yellow color of light? anyway to get the whiter 4500K or 5000K color with halogen H9?

    No, not really. Don't get any bulbs with blue tinted capsules/glass. All that will do is retain more heat in the headlight housing.

    Funny, I've been running the blue covered bulbs for about 1.5 years and they're fine.
    The right high beam burned out last week, and it had the blue covering. I've had the car
    for almost 7 years and it's the first time I've replaced the high beam bulbs...
