Had o2 sensor replaced and light is still on p0607

    Had o2 sensor replaced and the check engine light is still on. Had the codes cleared and 10 minutes later the light came back on. It is pulling a p0607 code. The mechanic said i might need the ecm reflashed. Does this sound plausible.
