hatch swap from base model

hello, I posted question about getting a backup camera and rear wiper from an oem hatch swap and nobody could answer my question.

I swapped the hatches from a 2010 base model without wiper or rear camera to one with those things. right off the bat the wiper worked. which tells me that the car is wired for the upgrade but the upgrade just wasn't installed. eg, the wiper and motor.

i haven't found a head unit just yet, but im hopefull that the rear camera has the same outcome.
after looking at the wiring colors on the oem existing harness it looks like i might be in luck. We shall see after i buy and install the head unit if the rear camera just miraculously turns on. wouldn't that be nice.

anyway, stay tuned and i'll be posting updates.

next is getting rid of the coilovers that this car came with. putting it back to stock.
