    This is true. A good friend of mine started a company called “EntoVegan” He believes insects are the protein of the future. He splits his time in Asia & Mexico where eating insects is common. He says when you think about it, crickets look like tiny lobsters and spiders look like tiny crabs . That might be a hard sell in America, but his business is doing well.
