Fixed camera locations pointing into public spaces - NOT your living room. Weird how your OK with traffic cameras; something else that's fixed and pointed into public spaces???

1. It's usually buried in the disclosures that everyone "clicks" through
2. Most people hook-up for remote monitoring, so they can remotely lock their doors or watch someone kick down their door when they are on vacation.
3. Only true if your tied in remotely as you indicated in #2. Yes they would need evidence not tied to the illegal surveillance to make it stick in court; otherwise it gets tossed. A good example is Hunter Biden. They never got him for Ukrainian pay-offs. I wonder how much money, man-power, and years spent on investigations - only to hang him on possession of a hand gun; since he's a felon. Even that was only on the word of a relative; I don't think they even recovered the actual gun. Pretty slim and slimy for all the resources wasted. IMHO

Bottom-line; yes it could be used to track people; but you can get much more accurate data by dropping an air-tag in their pocket or purse with much less work and transparency. "Occam's razor" I believe Flock is a plate reader; who's to say the owner is the one driving the car when that plate reader snapped the picture?
