Hawaii VIN

    Is it possible to get Hawaii VINs added to the Toyota USA VIN Database? I find that I cannot use Toyotaowners website or Toyota's Entune app because they do not recognize my VIN.

    Yeah, had that problem too a year ago and haven't checked back.

    I thought Wth? Is Servco Hawaii selling gray market unauthorized Prius vehicles or something? Lol.

    Have you tried calling or contacting Toyota about this.

    Toyota Hawaii/SERVCO is a independent importer and distributer of Toyota vehicles for Hawaii and Australia, separate from TMS USA.

    The answer to your question is more than likely no.
