    Yes, and as someone else posted above it's a ghastly unindexed mess. If one's starting diagnosis and repair ab initio, it's a little hard.

    The best source for factory-correct service information is an online subscription to All Data DIY. Typically for under $20 a year, you have current and correct data, including TSB's

    Ok,

    It has been a little over three years since the last post on this thread. I was wondering if there were any updates to how good the Haynes manual was???

    I will be attempting to replace an inverter myself soon... Besides a dealership at a cost of $3300, Closest person that will even touch a 2002 prius is over 280miles a way. Would be quite an expensive tow bill.

    So lets have it folks. The good? The bad? and the ugly....

    I have had good luck w/ the Haynes manual. Its not as detailed as I would like sometimes but, it is a good basic reference. It should get you through the inverter. I have both the Haynes and the factory manual and the Haynes is easier to follow but less detailed.
