first post. I have a new to me 2012 Prius V, I purchased it from a Toyota dealer in Canada and they saftied it. Problem I'm having is that the passenger side low beam is way way off to the right and very high. It actually lights up the lower branches on trees as I drive by.
Do I need to take this back to the dealer or can I adjust them myself? Is it easy ?
    Thanks

The halogen bulb is not seated in the headlight assembly properly or someone has installed an aftermarket LED bulb which are inherently difficult to use in a reflector headlight.

Furthermore, if you continue to operate the headlights with one mounted incorrectly, you risk melting the plastic headlight housing and causing irreparable damage.

I agree take it back as soon as possible, before the heat melts/damages the lamp.

Or if the dealer is far away take a picture of the front two lights on (as quickly as possible then turn off) and send it to them. It should be visibly different in the pic...
