Headlight Intermittent Rain Outage

    My 2005 has an intermittent headlight problem. The drivers side headlight goes out intermittently when it rains.. That is, it does not blink on and off just that sometimes it goes off and sometimes it doesn't. As I live in Phoenix Arizona this does not happen often but it has been happening for a year or so. Before I go looking at all the connections, where ever they are, I thought I would ask for suggestions.

    Do you have conventional lamps or the HID?
