    Terry - First the orders hit the PriusChat Shop, and then I send the orders on to CanvasWorks once I have 2x checked them. I normally only send orders during normal business days, so that's probably why they didn't have your order yet. As long as you have your confirmation email from the PriusChat Shop everything is good to go!

    Have owned the heatshield for the last 3 months, great product worth the money and does cut down on the heat in the front dash. Ordered and recieved promptly 2-3 weeks.

    Danny, received my windshield reflectors yesterday. Looks to be a good purchase. A very high quality product. I thought about the rear one but not sure if I would take the time to put it up.

    pbot - you should have received an email from the PC Shop on 07/27/2005 at 11:29:09am showing you that your order has been updated with a note that it was sent to the manufacturer for production and shipping.

    You might want to check your Spam box if you haven't received anything from the Shop at priuschat dot com email address.

    My Heatshield arrived yesterday, it had been one of the ones back-ordered.
    Fits well, today will be the first use as my Prius sits in the company parking lot all day in the sun :x

    The one that says "Your order has been sent to distributor for production & shipping. " is from the PriusChat Shop (well, namely from me) - you should receive a seperate email from canvasworks (or aircraftcovers.com for your spam filter) with UPS tracking information.

    And no, the backorder is no longer in effect. Adam appears to be getting the orders out very expeditiously.

    I still haven't heard back about the status of my shield. It was sent back due to Hurricane Rita. I haven't received the product or a refund. Please check into this and get back to me. Thanks!
