Help! A/C not work

Prius v 2013, after motor change, a/c blows warm.
Freon is there (hiss at L valve).
Compressor is silent.
When I pull out the cabin 10A fuse, fans start blow at max speed.
Big fuse inside inverter is ok, but voltage at its rear end is zero. Normally it should be 120V, like on picture2 (photo is taken from similar car with working a/c)

Where to look?

Btw, today I met sixth Prius v who changed engine at around 300 000 km

 

Depends,
in Camry, 2,5L engine failed at 420,000km
In sienna V3.5L 500+ km never fails

I think I will not buy small engines any more. I'm in taxi business.

 

Maybe this, crap accumulation in Prius manifold after 250000km


All changed Prius motors had burnt gasket problem. My guess is overheating. In any case it's faulty engineering.

Camry's one had a crack - lost power, strange sound, oil in exhaust.

Two more small engines, corolla cr5 and Suzuki swift, had piston rod broke lose. Both times on highway 120km/h, and mileage ~250000km,

 

Not fixed yet, just found low 20psi pressure in L pipe. Going to fill with UV dyed refrigerant and look for leaks.
Two years ago changed condenser (accident), and AC dedicated "professionals" charged $150 for refill alone.
Regular garage does it for $40, and DIY on Walmart parking is $20. No practical difference, just mind stuff and beliefs.

For instance, my friend is mechanic in big Toyota dealership. When he had battery error on his 2013 Prius v, they changed battery for $3000, and scrapped the "old" one. While I had same problem on same car just days before him, and found clogged air intake grid on battery.
