Help finding 2010 Canadian light stalk w/ fog + auto part # 84140-07141

I am having the fog lights and 545t installed in my 2010 Prius IV. I found this part number posted by several users that did this mod several years ago: With fog lights: 84140-07141. When I search online it seems that part number brings up a Lexus IS part or older Prius stalks that have neither auto nor fog options. Searched the internet and then tried eBay and eBay canada with no luck. I'm wondering if this part number has changed? I may just be doing something wrong in my search but it seems pretty straightforward. Since it's a Canadian part, I'm not clear if my US dealership can get it but I suppose I'll try that option too which might actually be the easiest route. Anyone purchased one of these recently and have any suggestion on how to find and buy? Thanks.
