Help! Left Turn Signal On All The Time

    Help!
    While driving to the store my left turn signal came on when I signalled a right turn and will not turn off either using the turn signal control or when I turn the car off! I recently had the combination meter and MFD replaced a few weeks ago, but this is the first time I've seen something like this happen!

    So both left and right signal turn on? OR just the wrong one? Do the hazard blinkers still work?
