Help! Machine shop took steering knuckle ball joint sleeves!

I took my steering knuckles to a machine shop (one side had a bad bearing, the other the ball joint was torn) to have the bearings, ball joints, and broken abs screws removed (2007 base with 267k miles), and the machinist removed the ball joint to knuckle sleeves... and now I can't put the ball joints back in. I am going to call the machine shop tomorrow and see if they still have the sleeves, but who knows.

Is it possible to order a replacement sleeve? I do not see the part in online catalogs.

Do I need to order replacement knuckles ($240 each for dorman)?
