    I know it's old but look at your inverter coolant pump and it's related fuse or with a cheap scanner clear the codes twice and see if the car will ready.

    The triangle and the symbol on the MFD are telling you there are hybrid system trouble codes that will reveal what the car is trying to tell you about. Techstream can read and show you those codes. If you want to use something other than Techstream, some of the alternatives reviewed in this thread can also do that (and some can't, so check what the reviews say):
