Help please radio Access install

pioneer deh-x6600bt is the new radio I am install. When I purchased the car it had a non factory pioneer in the car. I have read all the forums. I looked at the wiring. From the forums everything seems correct.

I am using the R\w port on the back of the radio for the male 3.5 plug.
I have the red counted to 12v nice person black to ground. The other two didn't change.

Its really odd when I turn the radio on and hit the axxess reset it turns the radio down but then doesn't setup. Just starts long blinking. Tried to do it manual it will not let me.
Any suggestions? Something overlooked? Please. Thank you for your time.

 

When I say it turns down.. When its finding the radio for one secound it will turn it down on the volume but the LED light never goes soils nor do the controls work. Please help thanks
