Help-Radio power button will not turn off radio?

    Vehicle:
    2008 Prius
    I press the radio power button ON and radio comes ON-
    But when I press the power button again, it will NOT turn the radio OFF???
    ***I have to press the power button 5-10 times and it will then power OFF
