So this is what displays when I click on the TPMS monitor system. It could be the cable but that would really suck because I bought it off eBay for $60 because the software and supposedly newer firmware. Which doesn't seem to be rgistering with WIndows 10. I am going to try to install this on my wold laptop that runs 32bit.

Do you have a problem with any of the other ECU's?

Hmm...that has bit different look than mine. I also paid for the more expensive miniVCI version, but was shocked to find my old Vista computer actually had XP3 so I used the 32 bit version.

I have version 10.10.018 loaded on a Windows 10 laptop. I selected 64 bit to download but 32 bit is what is indicated as installed.

I ran a health check and all ecu come back clean. I even tried my wife's 32bit vista and the firmware software worked but no info displayed. It only showed that it is connected. I ran the TS software and it could not connect to my Prius or Sienna. It said could not connect to VIM.

In this case it sounds like the VIM driver did not load properly. Does your version include a cable loop test to verify the cable and OBDII connection?

JDcllins5 - Do you mean the DLC3 check? If it is, on my laptop the 64bit version works. But with the 32bit laptop it won't even connect. On the 32bit I ran the firmware and it confirmed its connected and in TS it shows Xhorse as the VIM selection. I bought the cable from eBay seller OBDfamily. Can anyone recommend an Amazon seller to test a better cable out?
