These 2 lights just came on this week and has been on ever since. My MPG went from 40.5 to 36mpg. I hope it's not the brake actuator but please tell me your experience or knowledge on these yellow lights and how much is the part and any links on how to fix it. Thanks

    Rear Disc or Drum Brakes?

Have you checked your brake fluid level?

You really need to have the codes checked. Any auto parts store will usually read the codes for free. ABS codes cannot be cleared with a basic code reader. But the auto parts stores usually use the higher end units with that capability.

Also look for wet fluid on the inside of the tires after it has sat overnight.

jack her up and spin the wheels to see if anything is binding. alternatively, after a long drive, feel each wheel to see if one is hotter.

also, press and release the emergency brake a few times, maybe it is dragging. you can try getting her up to 30 mph and hitting neutral to see if she glides well.

Ya I noticed on the freeway that when I release the gas pedal, it does decelerate more rapidly than usual.
