Ok , definitely something wrong ....The car drive and sounds like a old diesel engine when accelerating from full stop or from low speed , engine and coolant temperature all good ,engine on most of time but feels like is loosing bhps ,like blowing a balloon that as a tiny hole...,replaced the 12v battery and no changes ,

idk, maybe. how many miles on her? have you looked up the dtc? you might need tech stream for more refinement.

hybrid battery deterioration. maybe you need to take it apart and clean the buss bars.

38C is hybrid battery temp, maybe sensor #2 (of 3, the one at mid-pack, tends to read highest)? 38C is by no means too high, pretty much normal with a well warmed car.

Maybe indicating hybrid battery fan speed 2 (out of maybe 5)? Again, not unusual. (Tom Jones in background lol?)

If you are asking them to diagnose the codes you have cleared, you will not get a very accurate diagnosis, and it is not their fault.

Just left the Prius at Toyota, explained the problem and asked to plug it in to check the hybrid battery......Told them about the errors codes too.....
Now I'm driving this for the day ,nippy car ....The smell of new inside is orgasmic lmao ... Limited control on anything in this car ....No ev only mode ,eco or power buttons.....all done automatically.....

What exactly is that? Not a Prius c? What's called a Yaris in North America? With added hybrid drive? I know their are some more Toyota hybrid iterations around the world.

So refreshing: to see traditional, driver-centric instruments btw. Are those solid alloy rims showing, or wheel covers?

Still sporting the bloody manta ray front grill though.

Still waiting for Toyota to call back once they finish the recall job 1483628928988.jpg 1483628934562.jpg

Stop looking at other peoples girls....Look after your own lol
So I went to Toyota to pickup the Prius....They couldn't do the hybrid check because if a error code get cleared the hybrid checking computer will detect it and fail the check based on that ,it can only check the hybrid battery after about 500miles from when the code was cleared.....Do I make sense?
He added....yes The engine is running rough , topped up with oil but still same.....
Got to drive 500 miles minimum without any error codes and book for the hybrid check!
Still they don't think is the hybrid battery because it seams to charge discharge ok,but could be engine is trying to charge something all the time and that can cause load on the engine and poor performance!
I think the problem is related to the 12v battery not showing like it should on the self diagnostic display ,why a new fully charged 12v will show on the diagnostic between 11 to 11.7v but on main battery terminals is 12.5v ??

That points strongly towards bad connections.
