well you would need to check if your 12v battery is drained. If it's drained, even if you've disconnected it, it won't do you any good.

oh I think you need to buy a new battery now. The battery probably is weak and cannot hold a charge. Charging it won't work

did you have anything wrong with your car before you experienced the 12v battery issue? Have you disconnected anything else? Did you touch the HV battery?

want really happend before that was, while i was driving the car just shutdown as in everything went off and wouldnt go on,so i call some electrician to check on it,and he found that the inverter cooling pump was burnt,so it ws ordered and replaced.so after it was changed the car would go on but wont start.and the electrician said he has on idea what next because everything seems fine.

When you got the car back from the technician, did it start? Or it didn't start after it's been to the technician?

The problem may not be your battery, it may be what your technician did. You would need a Prius code reader to better understand what's wrong with the car. Maybe the pump he put in is not working properly? Since the car doesn't start, I hope you didn't pay him any money in fixing the car......seeing that it's not fixed

Maybe you can get them to read the codes from the car? Right now you don't know what the technician did to your car. Did he remove the inverter and not put it back correctly? Too much guessing.....

I'm going to take a stab in the dark here. Assuming this tech knows what he's doing with your car. He probably disconnected your HV battery. There's an orange service plug on your hv battery that needs to be locked in before your car starts.

Put the orange service plug into the battery, tilt it up, and then PRESS DOWNWARD to lock it down. If the tech didn't press the orange plug downward to lock it, your car will not start.
