    And I haven't heard of any cat thieves facing anything of that sort of pressure to get their 'job' done.

    It seems that any cat thieves facing gunfire, immediately abandon the job and beat feet to retreat.

    The barbed wire will catch road debris and hold that debris right next to a heat source that will melt it or if burning point is low enough ignite a fire...
