I have gen 2 prius 2009. My car ac is ok on cold but after drive for 30 mins, it goes off and remains off for 20-30 minutes then come backs on for 2-3 minutes... If i cool down radiator with water, it comes back in a minute. Radiator and hybrid coolants are changed, fan speed is ok, water running is ok.. Where can be the problem?

I checked. Coolant flow speed is excellent in reservoir... One last check left.. The radiator blockage with dust etc btw ac condenser and radiator.. Both are stick together in prius

The tool i made from the wind screen wiper iron wire... With nylon net wrapped on it.. I cleaned between both radiator and condenser with it then rinsed with water pressure... All the work done without removing radiator from the car...

I totally missed the "A/C" part in the OP.

Yes, airflow is critical for a/c performance. If the a/c performance improves with road speed, check the "radiator" for issues like you found and the radiator fans for proper working. The fans not working is the more common failure of the two issues.
