Toyota left it out of the schedule, but I like to change at 30,000 miles, 100,000 miles then every 100,000 miles.

So change it now and then at 440,000 miles.

If you DIY, remember to loosen the fill bolt before the drain bolt.
At the dealership , you want two crush washers and 4 qts of ATF WS, about $40

Some random video showing the basic steps. Ignore the bit about clutch material, the Transaxle has no clutches.

So I got the fluid but they had no washers. I’m familiar with how to do this, but how important is it to have new ones? Can I clean the old ones and reuse?

Sorry for the long delay! Just wanted to thank you for you help! Went to the dealer (Charged me $12 for two new washers!!!!) and did the change. No leaks or weeping. Drove across the country and all was well! Thank you so much!

I thought I was getting ripped off, at $3.80 (CDN) apiece.

I would avoid that dealer in the future. Any dealer with the stones to charge 12 dollars for those 2 washers is a crook.
Toyota part # 35178-30010. Internet price at a dealer near me is 1.86 each with free pickup at the counter. Try a dealer near you.

Yeah, I’m never going back. Just happened to be the only one in the area I was living in (around DC) that had them in stock. Absurd. The place where I live now is way more honest.
