Hmm -- quick-charging hybrid modules with a 12v?

    As I was manually rebalancing my traction battery, I came across this video:


    To me, the idea of fast-charging modules outside of "the rack" seems like a recipe for bulging/disaster. But I'd love to hear what the knowledgeable coves on this forum think. Comments?

    NiMH packs are balanced from above (highest voltage) and LIthium packs are balanced from below (lowest possible voltage before rapid drop to zero volts)

    And this dude's method is not really that good for NiMH but is fairly standard for Lithium.
