    They claim:
    Judging by the 30 km/liter number for the Insight and reported at http://www.greencarcongress.com/2009/02/honda-insight-h.html, it does look like the 25 km/L (58.8 mpg) is on the inflated 10-15 Japanese cycle.

    For comparison, http://www.theautochannel.com/news/2009/05/18/461481.html says the 2010 Prius gets 38 km/L (89 mpg) in that test.
